CrunchByte does not offer refunds on any purchases, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, lifetime plans, and pre-built bot purchases. All sales are final once payment is processed.
At $4.00 to $15.00 CAD a month you're not committing to a huge amount upfront, and lifetime deals are priced to reflect long-term value. If you're unsure whether a plan is right for you, we genuinely encourage you to reach out before purchasing and we'll answer any questions.
As a small one-person operation, processing refunds would add significant overhead. We'd rather be upfront about this than bury it in fine print. The tradeoff is that we do our best to make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you pay, and we're always happy to answer questions first.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on Discord or by email. Here's how cancellations work:
We do not charge cancellation fees.
Our no-refund policy applies to normal cancellations. If there's a serious failure on our part, like extended downtime that makes the service genuinely unusable, we'll talk to you about it directly and figure out something fair. We're not going to hide behind policy if we've genuinely let someone down.
That said, short outages, bot crashes, or issues caused by your own bot's code do not qualify for compensation. See our Service Guarantee for more on what we do and don't cover.
If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining paid period. We take this step seriously and only do it when there's a genuine violation.
