We support Node.js bots exclusively. If your bot runs on Node.js and uses a standard package.json setup, you're good to go.
The server is running an Intel Core i5 760, 20 GB of DDR3 RAM, a 2 TB HDD, and a Radeon RX 470. It's not the newest hardware out there, but it handles Discord bots without breaking a sweat and keeps costs low for everyone. We're planning to upgrade down the road.
After contacting us, you'll send us your bot files for a scan then we'll create you in our panel and get you started.
File storage is for data your bot saves persistently: things like ticket attachments, images, ZIP downloads, logs, or any files your bot reads/writes to disk. Code files don't count toward storage.
Bots are set to auto-restart on crash. If a bot keeps crashing, we'll reach out to let you know and help diagnose the issue.
Yes, just contact us and we'll switch your plan. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades kick in at your next billing cycle.
The bot itself plus hosting, all in one price. You don't need a separate hosting plan. Just reach out, tell us which bot you want, and we'll get it set up in your server within 24 hours.
To a reasonable extent, yes. Things like embed colors, messages, and role names are easy to adjust. If you need deeper changes, reach out and we'll see what's doable.

You get the complete source files for the bot (index.js, all commands, events, utilities, everything), plus 3 months of hosting by us with 50 GB of persistent storage included. After the 3 months you own the files and can host them anywhere, or continue with us on a regular plan.
